Dato curioso: Tu frecuencia cardíaca puede aumentar hasta 20 latidos por minuto solo por estar nervioso en un examen.

La temperatura corporal normal va de 36 a 36.9°C. Entre 37-37.4°C es subfebril (como calentura leve), y de 37.5°C en adelante ya es fiebre. Tu respiración normal debe ser entre 12-20 respiraciones por minuto, y tu saturación de oxígeno debe mantenerse arriba del 95% para que todas tus células funcionen bien.
