El Verbo TO BE
El verbo to be es fundamental en inglés y se utiliza después de los pronombres personales. Cada pronombre tiene su forma específica del verbo, y es importante aprenderlas bien porque las usarás todo el tiempo.
Con los pronombres I (yo) usamos am, mientras que con you (tú/usted/ustedes), we (nosotros) y they (ellos/ellas) usamos are. Para he (él), she (ella) e it (eso/eso/aquello) utilizamos is.
Aquí tienes todas las combinaciones:
- I am (yo soy/estoy)
- You are (tú eres/estás)
- He is (él es/está)
- She is (ella es/está)
- It is (eso es/está)
- We are (nosotros somos/estamos)
- They are (ellos/ellas son/están)
