Body Systems: Digestion, Nerves, Circulation, Respiration & Muscles
Your digestive system transforms that sandwich you eat at lunch into usable energy. This amazing process involves the mouth, esophagus, stomach, and intestines working together to break down food into nutrients your body can use.
The nervous system is like your body's command center. Your brain, spinal cord, and nerves form a complex network that controls everything else in your body and allows you to react to your environment. When you pull your hand away from something hot, that's your nervous system in action!
Your cardiovascular system keeps everything connected through a transportation network of blood. The heart and blood vessels work continuously to pump and circulate blood, delivering oxygen and nutrients to cells while removing waste products.
The respiratory system is your body's gas exchange department. Your lungs, pharynx, larynx, trachea, and bronchi work together to bring oxygen into your body and remove carbon dioxide. This system literally keeps you breathing!
Fun Fact: Your heart will beat approximately 3 billion times during your lifetime, pumping enough blood to fill about 1 million bathtubs!
The muscular system gives your body the ability to move. From walking to school to smiling at friends, your skeletal, smooth, and cardiac muscles make all movement possible while helping maintain your posture.

Body Systems: Protection, Support, Defense, Waste & Reproduction
Your integumentary system is your body's first line of defense. This protective barrier includes your skin, hair, nails, and glands and shields your internal systems from harmful environmental elements. It's like wearing a full-body suit of armor!
The skeletal system provides the framework that gives your body its shape. Your bones, ligaments, tendons, and joints support your body weight, protect vital organs, and work with muscles to create movement. Without your skeleton, you'd be a blob on the floor!
Your lymphatic system serves as your body's cleanup and defense crew. Bone marrow, spleen, thymus, and lymph nodes work together to remove waste, fight pathogens, and transport fat-soluble vitamins throughout your body. This system helps keep you healthy when everyone else at school is getting sick.
Remember: Your skin is actually your body's largest organ, covering about 20 square feet for the average adult!
The urinary system is your body's filtration plant. Your kidneys, ureters, bladder, and urethra filter waste from your blood and remove it from your body as urine. This system keeps your blood clean and balanced.
The reproductive system ensures the continuation of the human species. The ovaries in females and testes in males produce cells that can combine to create new life. This system develops during puberty and has different structures and functions in males and females.

The app is very easy to use and well designed. I have found everything I was looking for so far and have been able to learn a lot from the presentations! I will definitely use the app for a class assignment! And of course it also helps a lot as an inspiration.
This app is really great. There are so many study notes and help [...]. My problem subject is French, for example, and the app has so many options for help. Thanks to this app, I have improved my French. I would recommend it to anyone.
Wow, I am really amazed. I just tried the app because I've seen it advertised many times and was absolutely stunned. This app is THE HELP you want for school and above all, it offers so many things, such as workouts and fact sheets, which have been VERY helpful to me personally.
